1. The service
Araghatta provides AI Security Posture Management software (the "Platform"), an endpoint sensor, and security-testing services (the "Services"). We may update features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid subscription during its term without notice.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your accounts. Access is role-based; you must enable MFA. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Platform and Services only on systems and data you are authorised to assess. Do not use them to attack third parties, to violate law, or to circumvent security controls you do not own. Security testing is performed only within an agreed, authorised scope.
4. Customer data & privacy
You retain ownership of your data. Our processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by the DPA and Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Platform, Services and content. Open-source components of the sensor are provided under their stated licences. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for your internal security operations during your subscription.
6. Warranties & disclaimers
We provide the Platform and Services with reasonable skill and care. Security testing reduces but does not eliminate risk; no assessment can guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities. Except as expressly stated, the Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Term & termination
Subscriptions run for the term in your order form. Either party may terminate for material uncured breach. On termination we make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it per the DPA.
9. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the law stated in your order form (or, absent one, the laws applicable to our place of establishment). We will post material changes here with an updated date. Contact: info@araghatta.com.
